Microsoft udostępnił do pobrania wersję Release Candidate 0 Windows Small Business Server 2008 - najnowszego zintegrowanego systemu dla małych przedsiębiorstw, którego premiera planowana jest już niebawem.

SBS 2008 dostępny jest do pobrania w dwóch edycjach: Standard (zawierającej oprócz zasadniczego systemu opartego o Windows Server 2008 także Exchange Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Windows Server Update Services 3.0, Forefront Security for Exchange Server, Windows Live One Care for Server) i Premium (dodatkowo SQL Server 2008).
