Service Level Dashboard definiuje się za pomocą Distributed Application Model, który poprzez klocki sprawdza stan systemu. Następnie sprawdzany jest poziom SLA i jego wartość odzwierciedlana w postaci ostrzeżenia lub wartości krytycznej dla modelu aplikacji.
